Greg, when I met you and talked with you, it helped ease my apprehensions. You were very professional and explained in detail what, why, and how you would make my guitar play and sound better. You said that guitars sound what they sound like, but you could make my guitar play better. Well, when I picked up my guitar-wow! Not only does it play much better but the sound improved also. The use of a bone nut and saddle on your recommendation has improved the sound. The workmanship of you installing them was exceptional. The possibilities of what could have gone wrong crept into my mind on the trip down. Let me just say I am completely satisfied, so much so that you now have two more of my guitars to work on with more to come.
